Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Wishes Remembered provides live character entertainment and event-related services. All characters are original, storybook-style performers and are not licensed or copyrighted characters. Services include only those outlined in your booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

A signed agreement and required deposit are necessary to secure your event date and time. Dates are not guaranteed until payment is received. Final balances must be paid by the deadline stated in your invoice or agreement. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve time and staffing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to additional fees. In the unlikely event that Wishes Remembered must cancel due to emergency, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement performer or issue a refund of payments received.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

A safe, clean performance space
Adequate supervision of children at all times
Protection from extreme weather (heat, cold, rain, wind)
Parking and access to the venue

Performers may end the appearance early if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or violate these terms.

5. Safety and Conduct

Wishes Remembered performers are entertainers, not childcare providers. Clients are responsible for guest behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service or end an event if guests engage in unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate conduct.

6. Photography and Media

Photos and videos may be taken during events. Unless the client provides written notice before the event, Wishes Remembered may use non-identifying images for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing).

7. Intellectual Property

All costumes, performance materials, scripts, branding, and media produced by Wishes Remembered remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, recorded for resale, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wishes Remembered is not liable for injuries, property damage, delays, or disruptions beyond our reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, or guest conduct. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
