Refund Policy

At Wishes Remembered, each event reservation is scheduled specifically for your celebration. Once your booking is confirmed, we reserve performers, staff, and event time exclusively for you. Because of this, our refund policy is as follows:

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure your event date and time.

Deposits are not refundable if:

You cancel your event.
You choose to reschedule your event.
You reduce the number of performers or services after booking.
You otherwise cancel or breach your booking agreement.

FINAL PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event time as outlined in your booking agreement.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. While we understand that plans can change, all deposits remain non-refundable because your event date has been reserved exclusively for your party.

RESCHEDULING

Requests to reschedule are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to performer availability. Approval of a new date is not guaranteed.

If we are able to accommodate a new date, your deposit may be applied toward the rescheduled event at our discretion. If we are unable to accommodate the requested date, the original booking will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

PERFORMER ILLNESS OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If a scheduled performer becomes ill or is unable to attend due to an unforeseen emergency, Wishes Remembered will make every reasonable effort to provide:

a comparable replacement performer, or
an alternative event time.

If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement or reschedule your event, you will receive a full refund. Regarding events with multiple characters, a refund will be issued according to the payment difference of the number of characters appearing.

WEATHER

Outdoor events are booked at the client's discretion. Weather-related cancellations initiated by the client are subject to our standard cancellation policy. We encourage clients to have an indoor backup location whenever possible.

EVENT INTERUPPTIONS

Refunds are not issued for shortened appearances caused by circumstances beyond Wishes Remembered's control, including but not limited to:

severe weather,
venue restrictions,
power outages,
unsafe conditions,
actions of guests,
or delays caused by the client.
